"HR Extension, Inc and specifically, Deborah Babcock-Daley, worked with the 30 member Board of Directors to develop a comprehensive, yet clear and concise strategic plan. Some members of the Board had no experience with strategic planning. Ms. Babcock-Daley’s expertise in explaining and leading the process combined with excellent people skills ensured the successful outcome. I enthusiastically recommend HR Extension, Inc."
